Hi, I'm Liam.
I’m a PhD candidate in theoretical quantum physics at the University of Amsterdam. I study quantum many-body dynamics, quantum simulations and quantum computing.

My email address is liam [at] liambond.com.

About Me
I grew up on the east coast of Australia, in the leafy green suburbs of sunny Brisbane. I did my undergraduate studies at the University of Queensland, completing degrees in Science and Arts, majoring in physics and French. I graduated in 2020, and was the Faculty of Science Valedictorian.
In 2021 I moved to Amsterdam to start my PhD under the supervision of Dr. Arghavan Safavi-Naini, in the Hyqs group. I plan to graduate in 2025, so I'm currently looking for post-doc opportunities to begin around fall 2025.
